Mature Single Guy Needs Room/Studio/Apt Sublet in Bellerose Terrace, New York

I am looking for an apartment, private room in pvt house, studio or basement apartment in single family house to rent. Furnished is OK! Sublet/temporary situation until early 2016 when I plan to marry. Maybe above a business or a basement (clean/dry) situation or an unused room in stable family house w/pvt entrance? I can come up on the price, but rents here in NYC are ridiculous since the last time I lived here! Real Estate agents take notice!
